Numbering 2000 includes features to make sharing documents simple. When a user receives a document from an outside user - such as a client - that contains numbered paragraphs using Word Headings 1-9, the scheme can be used to create a Private Scheme. This allows users to easily create a scheme for future use based on the preferences of a client without having to reconstruct the scheme.

And conversely, documents that contain MacPac Numbering can be shared easily with outside users who do not have access to the MacPac Numbering features.
