Numbering 2000 allows users to edit each level of scheme individually via the Edit Schemes feature. However, because there are common edits that users frequently make to all the levels in a scheme, Numbering 2000 includes Macros to edit an entire scheme on the fly.

The Macros include features to change the scheme alignment, font, indents and line spacing.

The Macros also include Table of Contents macros and a shortcut to underline the last line of heading, with the underline extending to include the longest line of the paragraph.
