Legal MacPac Template/Macro List

The templates and macros listed below are available in the generic version of Legal MacPac. Each template and macro can be customized to fit the needs of your Firm or Department. In addition, new templates and macros can be created as required.


Templates for Litigation and Transactional Documents

Legal MacPac templates use intuitive dialog boxes to prompt the user for document information. Once the information is entered, MacPac does the rest -- creating consistent and perfectly formatted document based on Firm standards and user input.

Letter		Includes engraved and word-processing generated letterhead, integration with Firm address books and option to include author information in the Firm letterhead.
Pleading		Includes options for State and Federal Courts, and Appellate and Supreme Courts, includes options to include cross-action list, co-counsel information and interrogatories.
Memorandum		Includes option to create Group Lists.
Facsimile Cover Sheet		Includes integration with Firm address books.
Business Document		Includes options for Title Page, Exhibits, Exhibits Index and Business Signature.
Proof of Service		Includes options for Multi-Purpose, Courier, Facsimile, Mail, Overnight, and Personal Proof of Services and is integrated with Firm address books.
Verification Forms		Includes Multi-Purpose, Attorney, Corporation, Executor of Will and Individual options.
Notary Forms		Includes All Purpose Acknowledgment (standard or thumbprint options), Short Form (gender selection option), and Jurat options.
Deposition Summary		Includes two or three column option.
Bates Labels		Optional add-on template.


Macros

The MacPac macros are available via a custom MacPac Menu that changes dynamically according to the type of document open. For more information, see the Features section.

Access to Firm or Department address books or PIMs.
Author Lists: Public (Firm or Department-wide) and Private (user created).
Cross-Actions in Pleadings.
Delivery/Confidential Phrases for Letters, Memos, Business, Envelopes/Labels.
Envelope(s) with billing information, author initials, envelope text options, integration with Firm address books.
Facsimile Cover Sheet: Option to include a cover sheet in any document.
Firm or Department Information: Option to include Name and Office Address(es).
Interrogatory, Request for Production/Admission Numbered Phrases.
Mailing Label(s) with billing information, author initials options, and integration with Firm address books.
Letterhead: Word Processing-Generated Letterhead for desktop faxing, e-mail and file copies with option to include author name, direct dial and/or e-mail address for "personalized" Firm or Department letterhead.

Pleading Paper: 26-lined or 28-lined paper options, option to include Firm or Department name in sidebar.
