MacPac features
for documents begin with sophisticated transactional and litigation
templates designed to make creating documents intuitive and easy.
With the templates, a user can create litigation and business
documents, use Firm specified document formatting or their own
formatting, select or create authors in the Author list, and insert
contact names from the Firm contact database. Once a document
is created, the user can use macros to edit the document and use
the document as a master document to create new ones.

Included
with MacPac templates are features available for all documents regardless
of the template used to create them. These include the MacPac Menu
which dynamically changes according to the document type open, easy
to use interfaces to create firm labels and envelopes, a sophisticated
legal numbering system, integration with document management software,
integration with the Firm address books and quick access to commonly
used legal symbols. |
