Once defaults are initially defined for an author for a template, they are used for that author in creating subsequent new documents - saving valuable time.

For example, a user can create and save letter defaults for an author, including date formats, personal information to include in the letterhead, signature information, etc. Each time a letter is created for that author, the information is automatically used for the letter. These options can also be changed on the fly, when necessary.

The options available for editing for each appropriate templated can be customized according to Firm requirements.
